Horizontal Organic Fertilizer Fermenters are divided as below:

Operating Principle

Firstly, we put the material to be fermented into the fermentation tank through the belt conveyor from the feed inlet. The Main motor will be started when the material is put in, and the motor reducer drives the main shaft to start mixing. At the same time, the spiral blade on the mixing shaft carries the animal material, and make the material fully contact with the air, so that the material to be fermented starts the aerobic fermentation stage.

Secondly, the heating system of the electric heating rod at the bottom is controlled by the electric box to heat the heat transfer oil in the interlayer of the fermenter body. The temperature of the fermenter body is controlled by the temperature sensor while heating, and the temperature of the fermenter is controlled at the fermentation station with better condition. It will be discharged through the discharge port for further processing after the fermentation of the material is completed.
